C Senaka Ranadheera
A/Prof Senaka Ranadheera is a food scientist and he holds a PhD (Food Science) from the University of Newcastle, Australia. He was an Early Career Research Fellow at Victoria University before joining the University of Melbourne in 2017. Senaka teaches a number of undergraduate subjects and is also the coordinator for postgraduate subject Food Safety and Quality. His research focuses on probiotics, prebiotics, dairy products and food fermentation.
